Stud Contract

I, the owner or lessee of ______________________________  AKC#________________ agree to a breeding  of said bitch to :

 

BISS CH Belmark Maverick  DL 521455/02 OFA26E   according to the following terms:

 

A non-refundable breeding fee of $150.00 is due at the time of breeding.  This fee covers all costs of breeding and includes up to (3) progesterone tests performed by Springmist to accurately access the correct time of ovulation and hence breeding for my bitch.   My bitch will be bred at least 2 times and hopefully 3 times if  she allows.

 

If I get a litter from this breeding, I will owe Springmist an additional $250 (for a total stud fee of $400.00)  at the time of whelping.  If only one pup is produced: only an additional $100.00 will be owed. 

 

Springmist will provide:

Airport pick up and drop off (if necessary)

In home care for my bitch for the duration of her stay

Up to 3 progesterone tests, as necessary

Any number of breedings, as necessary.

A summary of breeding dates and comments on the breedings and a contract.

 

I will provide:

My clean bitch!

Both brucella tests and health certificates from my vet

The breeding fee

The AKC# and AKC registered name of my bitch, along with a signed copy of this contract.

Any transportation monies needed.
