Fill in the information below, print out this page, and send it  with the required deposit ($150) as noted to the address below; OR you may use Paypal (www.paypal.com) and send payment to cgorman@springmist.com, and we will consider that a valid deposit on your puppy.  Paypal allows you to use credit cards, etc., so we offer this option for your convenience. Deposits are non-refundable HOWEVER most of the time we can accommodate refunding them as there are others waiting in line for your pup.  If we have held a pup just for you, though, and turned others away your deposit is not refundable.
